| Orovia Boosts Team with Additional Developers |
| Orovia's recent recuitment campaign has been a great success and In August we took on an additional 10 developers to support our enhanced product portfolio. Part of the campaign was focussed on recruiting computer science graduates who are now undergoing an intense training program at our Wilson Garden office. A number of the new developers will join the team that supports our products, in particular SchoolsBPS, a local authority Budget and Financial Planning solution for schools |

| Orovia wins major telecoms contract! |
| Orovia have successfully completed the migration of Nexus' NGN Premium Services from a traditional telecoms environment based in Leeds to an IP based solution in London. Orovia have produced the management software to control the numbers, customers and services along with the production of all management information, including the complex arena of call duration records. |

| Orovia launch a joint venture with Jon Sprank called Foto-U, to supply a complete theme park ride photography system throughout the United Kingdom, using Bayside as a prototype from early June last year.
The Foto-U technology enables the capture and transmission of high speed digital images from ride to photobooth to paying customer. |
